Waldo's exists to keep the spirit of a good burger alive. A classic American recipe, built with quality ingredients and zero unnecessary additions — the diner version, done right. No fusion, no costume, no story about the cow's childhood.

We're not reinventing anything. We're protecting it. A great bun, real beef, the toppings that belong there — and nothing else. That's the whole recipe.
